During the Summer School several trainings and workshops will be given on team building, project management, pitch training, etc. In 2008 Ákos R. Wetters decided to pursue his dream of becoming an entrepreneur and since then he has set up several businesses. He is also still active in passing on his knowledge and experience by coaching on innovation and entrepreneurship at the Delft and Eindhoven Universities of Technology and within EIT. Ákos also held several managerial positions within large multi-national organisations in different industries in South-East Asia and Europe. He gained a lot of experience in working together in multi-disciplinary teams and leading them. At the same time creative problem solving became his second nature.
