真的是太棒了,常常在学习中觉得自己太笨或者记忆力不好,而很受打击。学完这门课后认识到是没有掌握学习的方法。课程深入简出生动形象,每一课也有大量的参考资料,严谨专业。学习了这门课不仅能战胜困难拖延,同时也能正视学习中的焦虑,比如刚学习一种新学科的时候会很难,又如只看不练会很容易忘记,这些都是正常现象,没有必要灰心。我相信自己以后会更有信心地学习更多的知识,也会更有效率地进行学习。
