[MUSIC] One of the things that is a part of conflict is change in a work environment. So when we look to that, we gave several examples through the module of and through our videos as well as our case studies and animation about actual conflict in the workplace. What I thought would be good is to give you two studies that are examples of conflict that exists in the workplace that came to a successful conclusion. So things where conflict stimulated a positive result. So both of them are from the Harvard Business School documents. One is Teaming at Disney Animation, and it’s basically how the Animation and technology with an animation transformed the Disney Animation Division, and how they had to approach their work product, and work environment differently. There's a lot in here, and I wont speak to it directly. I just feel that it's an excellent example of positive resolve to conflict. And the additional one is also, again as I stated before, with Harvard Business School and it's Google's Project Oxygen and their study on Do Managers Matter?. So when you focus on this particular study and you hear the terminology or the actual phrase, do managers matter? You might imagine that many individuals at Google, might have stopped breathing for a second. Because they were actually going to do an analysis as to whether their position is valid or not. While the question was difficult to ask, the study is just riddled with examples that support our module on how to work through a question. How to deal with the same or similar objectives in mind to create a positive work environment, and What is the actual outcome as we dissect the conflict that might be present when asking the question do managers matter? It's a great case study, but I think you should consider to review as well. And of course, both of these products are online. [MUSIC]
