Today we are experiencing a strange paradox in the economy. Since the high prices do not generate high margins. And the overburdened employees, do not generate customer satisfaction. This appears everywhere even when you go to a pizzeria. I remember about this terrible experience I had, not so long ago. After ordering, I had to wait, wait, wait, wait much longer than the time required to make a pizza. And when finally it arrived, it was the wrong one. [SOUND]. It took ten more minutes to bring the right one, and even then it was not the best mozzarella I had in my life. It was frankly disappointing. You would think it was a cheap restaurant, no, I paid much more than I should have. I left the place unhappy. And you know what, I observed the employees of the pizzeria. Poor of them. The waiter was running and running. He was giving the most of himself and yet, customers were yelling at him. The pizzaiolo was so nervous, so he ended up burning himself. They were literally fighting to keep this mess together. And ensure they left the place unhappy. And the owner of the place? You would expect her to be happy, because of high margin looking at the price. But look, burnt pizzas, wrong orders. And then they wasted dough. These unexpected cost to reduce their margin to almost nothing. Again, she left the place unhappy.
