Hi, my name is Emily Wong. I have been an instructor at UC Irvine for five years, teaching ESL and TOEFL. I have taught English in Japan, Northern California, and New York City. I have also studied abroad in Hong Kong. I believe that everyone should enjoy learning. Hello, my name is Alicia Theodore, and I am a full-time ESL instructor with International programs, at the University of California, Irvine. I have also taught at California State University, Fullerton, where I graduated in 1999. I've taught everything, from business writing to freshman composition for native English speaking students, as well as pronunciation, presentation skills, vocabulary, reading, and writing for non-native English speakers. And I really love grammar. Hello. My name is Helen Nam, and I am a full time ESL instructor and teacher trainer with International programs at the University of California, Irvine. Outside of class, I am very involved in CATESOL, a professional organization for educators of English, serving on the boards, award review committee, and serving locally as pass coordinator to help organize professional development workshops for English language instructors. Hi there. My name is Judy. English is my first language now, but actually I was born in Taiwan. My family moved to California when I was six years old, so I grew up in the US. I love teaching English because I'm always meeting amazing people from all over our amazing world. Someday, I hope to meet you. Hi. My name is Emily Ellis, and I'm a full time ESL instructor and teacher trainer with International programs at the University of California, Irvine. I have also taught in Spain, both as a Fulbright grantee and as the coordinator of a study abroad program. My time abroad has definitely shaped me as a teacher, and has inspired me to learn more about my international neighbors. It's so good to meet you.
