By the end of this project, you will be able to build a user journey map to aid in scoping out a project, maintain a customer-focused approach in design, and identify opportunities for continuous improvements. Although well-intentioned, this course is neither prepared nor does it offer the depth of understanding that other similar courses offered. I would've skipped entirely.
